How to Make Palak Paneer

Ingredients for Palak Paneer
- 500gm of Palak as it (spinach) (Required)
- 200gm Paneer cut according to you (Required)
- 2 Onions cut in small size (around 150gm) (Required)
- 12 to 15 slices of Garlic cut in tiny pieces (Required)
- 2 Leaf of Tejpatta (Required)
- 2 Tomatoes cut in small size (Required)
- Two pinches of Black Pepper (Optional)
- 6 to 8 Green Chilli cut in small size (you can add less and more according to your taste). (Optional)
- A small piece of Ginger cut in tiny pieces (Optional)
- Butter or Desi Ghee 50gm (Optional)
- Mustard Oil 50gm (Choice)
- Half Tea-Spoon Jeera (cumin) (Required)
- One Tea-spoon Kashmiri Red Chilli (for Tadka) (Required)
- Garam Masala Powder (Optional)
- Salt according to taste (Required)
Let’s start Cooking Palak Paneer Step by step
Wash Palak (spinach) and boil it in a pressure cooker till 3 whistles at medium flame. For curry: Take a kadai (Pan), adds 50gm of Mustard Oil, and add onions to it till golden brown.
Add Tomatoes to it, and also add salt according to your taste. When tomatoes cooked properly remove it from the flame, and 10 minutes to cool down.
Till it cools, check Palak (spices) cooker if it boiled then, wash it with cold water to cool it immediately.
Now time to make curry: Firstly grinds Onion and Tomatoes which we fried in a pan, and keep it aside.
Take boiled Palak and add 6 to 8 green chilli to it, and grinds.
After that, again take a kadai (pan) add 2 Teaspoons of Desi ghee or little butter or you can also use Mustard oil (Mustard oil also has many health benefits).
Add Jeera (cumin), wait 30 Second, add garlic, wait 45 seconds again add ginger, again wait 30 second more, and add onion and tomato curry. Cooke it for 10 minutes, and don’t forget to cover kadai (pan) and also rotate it after few intervals of time.
After 10 minutes, add Palak (spinach) to curry. Add 2 Leaf of Tejpatta, 2 pinches of Black Pepper. Cooke it for 5 minutes, add paneer, cooks it for another 2 minutes.
Your Palak (spinach) paneer is ready only Tadka Step is remaining. Now make Tadka.
For Tadka take big table spoon add 50gm of butter or Desi Ghee. Take tablespoon on the flame directly, add 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri Red Chilli.
And after 10 second spread it on palak paneer. Your delicious Palak paneer is ready to serve.
